Manage your assets with the integrated asset library

The asset library provides a flexible solution in which to manage all of your media assets associated with the MediaLab application. These assets can include photography, graphics, animation and video. As assets are added to the library the application creates thumbnails as quick visual references, and also allows key data to be stored alongside making it easy to locate through the search option. As the application automatically distinguishes between screen and print media, it allows the assets to be grouped under logical headings regardless of resolution.

Our creative teams are also on-hand to assist you in building additional assets to enhance your presentations covering video, interactivity, animation and graphical content.

Animation and video

MediaLab caters for the use of animation and video as well as more conventional photography and graphics. By incorporating bespoke interactive animations or stunning video sequences your presentation can stand head and shoulders above the rest. Our creative teams are used to simplifying even the most complex chart or graph coming up with truly inspiring interactive timelines, process diagrams and stunning build sequences.

MediaLab’s integrated asset library doesn’t just store pre-formatted assets, but creates them for you. What use is a time saving solution if it requires someone to sit there and generate a lot of the assets before you can use them? MediaLab knows what templates it has available, and as such allows you to generate instances of assets specifically for them as part of the import process. The days of distorted logos and poor quality scaled images are now things of the past.


	User management and a configurable sign-off process

	MediaLab consists of a number of elements which have been specifically designed to work in harmony with each other in order to simplify and streamline the creation process. A sophisticated user management system allows you to easily create and manage users assigning roles and permissions which determine their privileges when using the application. Alongside the user management system is a detailed sign-off process designed to enhance compliance and flexibility within the workflow. We know that no two organisations are the same, so why should we assume a sign-off process is suitable for all? MediaLab allows you to configure individual sign-off process for a variety of functions within your organisation. Both systems provide continual feedback ensuring up-to-the-minute status of any job.
