Multistage compliance process

With greater transparency and accountability being demanded by organisations, it is more important than ever to ensure that the content your staff presents is compliant. The complication is that no two organisations operate in the same way, so what’s right for one would be overkill for another. MediaLab allows your administrator to set-up the most appropriate sign-off process for you.

Configuarable compliance

Due to the flexible way in which MediaLab organises its users, we are able to offer completely different sign off processes to different user groups. For example a user in the sales team may have a 4 stage sign-off process to go through, whereas a member of the marketing function only has a 2 stage process. At every stage of the process both the content originator and the reviewer are kept appraised of the current status.

User and group management MediaLab is completely scalable working from a global level downwards supporting UTF16/Unicode for language options. Adopting a tiered approach enables administrators to logically organise users from Country to Group to Individual. The permissions architecture then allows for general permissions to be allocated to a group, but also specific permissions tailored right down to individual level within that group. Users are also able to see other individuals within their groups and also those belonging to their sign-off process, allowing for manual intervention if required.

Publishing rights Once content has been signed off it can be published to a global gallery to be accessed by any other user. This makes the building of presentations extremely quick and easy using simple drag and drop functionality, with the user safe in the knowledge that all content is compliant. It’s not only individual slides and pages but entire presentations that can exist within the editable gallery structure.
